The Full Time Hourly Plan provides affordable, catastrophic coverage. The plan provides 100% Preventive Care and screenings.
100% In-network Covered
For most other services, you will pay the full cost of the service until you meet the Deductible/Out-of-Pocket Maximum. After the Deductible/Out-of-Pocket Maximum is met, the plan pays 100% of In-Network covered medical expenses for the remainder of the year.
